The Process

1. Contact

Contact us by phone, email, or via the contact form. You should expect a proposal within 48 hours with a confirmation number.

2. Book Us

Under "My Portal" you can send us an Event Form where we can gather more information about your event.

3. Consultation

We will reach out to finalize any details about your event. There will be a contract created along with a finalized invoice. To reserve your date we require a 50% non-refundable retainer due a month before your event.

4. Show time!

The day we've both been waiting for! We will arrive 1 hour before services start to set up.

5. Thanks for the memories

After your event, we will leave the remaining bottles in a designated area for you to leave with.

How it Works

Send us a contact form and we will conduct an appropriate estimate based on the information you provided. When you're ready to book with us, fill out the form under My Portal and use your estimate # to lock in your starting rates.
 You will be able to view the total for deposit, and can submit a 50% non-refundable retainer through your invoice. Your final invoice is due one month prior to your event. By signing the contract agreement and submitting the retainer, your event date is secured with us. We look forward to working with you through this planning process!
